Office opening hours?

Our New York office operates from Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm EST.

Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online? You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Where is my order? On receiving your order, we endeavour to dispatch on the next working day. For further information contact our helpful customer service team.

Can I get an invoice for my order? You will receive a receipt by email once we charge your credit card. If you request an invoice we will be happy to provide one.

How do I cancel my order? Please contact Talking Tables by phone or email and we can cancel or change the order for you.

How long does it take to receive my order? On receiving your order we endeavour to dispatch within 5-7 working days.

How much do you charge for delivery? Please check our shipping rates on our Delivery Information Page.

How will my items be sent? We use UPS for all orders.

I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them? We always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock the items will be sent out as soon as they arrive.

Do you deliver outside mainland USA? Unfortunately we only ship to US states and Canada.
